All of these factors are essential to a good work environment, but if I had to choose one, being able to work flexibly would be my best preference for two reasons. First, I can travel to and from my office at non-peak hours. This means that I do not have to squeeze myself into crowded public transportation. So, I will not be tired when I get to my office or my house. Second, I can leave my office early in the afternoon so that I can pick up my kids, prepare dinner and spend quality time with my family.

As far as I am concerned, my cell phone greatly improved my life in two ways. First, as my job requires me to travel extensively, my cell phone helps me to communicate with my family members. I usually talk with my wife and kids at least three times a day. Second, my cell-phone entertains me when I travel; I can listen to music, watch movies, surf the internet, book a hotel, read an electronic book, you name it. I cannot imagine what my life would be like without my cell phone.
