39. Among the following three professions, which do you respect the most: photographers, musicians and painters? Explain why.
I have to say that I admire photographers the most. While both musicians and painters can possibly perform in the comfort of their own homes or concert halls, photographers are required to go the sites of their interests, often very dangerous and harsh places such as warring zones and wild forests. In addition, some photographers must wait for a long time until a target shows up and have only a fraction of time to capture it. I admire their persistence.

40. Which do you prefer, reading paper books or reading electronic books?
I definitely prefer to read electronic books for two reasons.
First, paper books are bulky and heavy and carrying more than 3 books for vacation would be a chore. In contrast, I can store hundreds of electronic books in a portable storage device. For example, my kindle book reader weighs less than a pound, and can store hundreds of e-books. Second, reading e-books contributes to preserving our environment. The number of trees to be cut down to make paper books will be dramatically reduced.
For these reasons, my choice is reading e-books.

41. Describe two schools you have been to, and explain how they are different.
I attended two universities for my undergraduate degree. They are quite different from each other in terms of their location and student population.
University of Kentucky was situated in a relatively big city of Lexington. It offered extensive degree programs with the student body of 25000. The male to female ratio was just one to one. In contrast, University of Missouri Rolla was located in a farming community with approximately 5000 students, mostly majoring in engineering programs. The male to female ratio was unfortunately 9 to 1.

42. Do you prefer to buy an electronic product as soon as it becomes available in the market or do you prefer to wait and buy it until it has been in the market for a while.
I prefer to purchase an electronic product after it has been in the market for a while.
First, I can save money. When a new product is introduced in the market, it is typically expensive. Later as other similar products are available, the prices tend to be lower.
Second, I can select a product among a large number of similar products. After a new product is launched, later similar products with more enhanced functions normally are available. For example, when the first Kindle reader was released, it was expensive with limited functions, while this year several new models with more advanced capabilities are available.
