When my friend is nervous about her work, I would tell he to practice hard before the work. For example, my friend was very nervous about an upcoming presentation to the top management. I advised her to practice the presentation at least 10 times before the meeting. In addition, I told her to prepare answers to those anticipated questions from the top management. She followed my advices and successfully completed her presentation.
In summary, practice makes you less nervous.

Should children receive money or not for doing household chores?
Hi.
I am convinced that children should receive money for doing household chores.
I will present one good reason to substantiate my assertion.
This payment will teach children how to manage money.
When I was young, I received 10 dollars a week and I had to save 10% in my savings account. It was great to go to the bank with my mom and see the new balance on the account. To this day, 10% of every paycheck is saved(, no matter how tight our budget is.)
For this reason, I am convinced that children should receive money for doing household chores.

I am convinced that less working hours will improve the quality of my work.
I am employed by a Japanese manufacturing company. Up until 5 years ago, I worked over 100 hours per week. I thought this was normal as most of my colleges did the same. However, this took a toll on my mental and physical health. Now I work much less hours, which significantly improved the quality of my work. Besides, I am mentally and physically healthy.
For this reason, I am convinced that less working hours will improve the quality of my work.

I am convinced that limiting working hours is an important factor in improving a workplace.
I am a departmental manager of a Japanese manufacturing company. Up until 5 years ago, everyone in my department worked over 100 hours per week. I thought this was normal as most of Japanese workers did the same. However, this took a toll on the health of my workers. Now they work much less hours, which significantly improved the work efficiency. Besides, they are mentally and physically healthy.
For this reason, I am convinced that limiting working hours is an important factor in improving a workplace.
